The Farm at Red Hill is asmall family owned and operated farm located on 5 acres in NorthGarden, VA (about 8 miles south of Charlottesville). We not only growseasonal produce in the field from March through November, but we alsogrow select items year round in our greenhouses. During the warm monthswe have tomatoes, sweet and hot peppers, English cucumbers, beets, squash, okra, herbs, greens and beans including many Asian long beanvarieties, all grown in an organic, spray free manner in our fields andraised beds. During the colder months we can also supply you with freshfrom the vine, organically grown, tomatoes, English cucumbers, sweetand hot peppers, Asian eggplant, herbs and greens from our greenhouses.

We also grow veggiesupon request, so if there is something that you would like to see inyour store or restaurant let us know and we will do our best to fillyour order.

Wealso have a line of fresh dips and jams which includes salsa, pesto, hummus, sun dried tomato, creamy dill, tzatziki, gazpacho and ninevarieties of fruit and harbanero jams. All of our dips are made freshweekly on our farm and include as much of our own produce from ourfields and greenhouses as possible. We never use any preservatives orany ingredients you can not pronounce! Our jams come in blackberry, blueberry, cherry, strawberry, raspberry, peach, apple, cranberry andthe "hottest pepper" hot pepper (made with the jolokia pepper!). Theyare 'sweetness with a zing', as the sweetness of the fruit hits yourtongue first, followed by the zing of the habanero.
